Sara Willard, Speaker

Sara has a passion for teaching and dividing the Word of God, and serves as the Teaching Director for Community Bible Study.

A transparent speaker, Sara shares her struggles and victories as a woman trying to follow Jesus. After coming to faith as an adult, the Lord ignited a passion for his Word and for helping women know more about Him. She frequently travels internationally leading mission trips with Parkway Church.

Her life verse is Matthew 6:33,
Seek the kingdom of God above all else and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need.

Susan Stilwell, Speaker

A Christian speaker and writer, Susan’s enthusiasm is contagious as she teaches and shares biblical insights. She serves in the discipleship ministry at First Roanoke.

Susan longs for women to grow in wisdom and discernment so they can stand firm in the faith. A voracious scripture memorizer, she inspires her audiences to hide God’s Word in their hearts so their hearts, minds and lives can be transformed.

Susan’s life verse is Romans 15:13,
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Lisa Whitaker, Worship

Lisa is a singer/songwriter who is humbled and blessed to help lead God’s people in worship. She serves as the assistant music minister at St. John Lutheran Church.

She believes that when we sing, we are not only giving praise, honor and glory to the Triune God, but we are engaging in spiritual battle. Her prayer is that every time believers are gathered together, they would experience the presence of God and authentically worship Him in spirit and in truth through singing with joyful hearts!

One of her favorite verses is Psalm 95:2,
Let us come into His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise!
